Todd D. Bennett is currently the only lawyer in the State of Nebraska who is inducted into the college who solely represents injured workers. He was inducted into The College in 2018 and he is 1 of 3 Nebraska lawyers who have been given this honor based on their abilities and
experience.
The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers was established to honor those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of workers’ compensation.
Members have been nominated for the outstanding traits they have developed in their practice of twenty years or longer representing injured workers, serving as judges, or
acting for the benefit of all in education, overseeing agencies, and developing legislation. These individuals have convinced their peers, the bar, bench, and public that
they possess the highest level of professional expertise and commit to fostering and furthering the objectives of the College by showing significant evidence of trial experience, scholarship, teaching, lecturing, and/or distinguished published writings on workers’ compensation.
